Finding Lochan Mor Lodge once you arrive in Aviemore
Coming from the south, through Aviemore, you take the last road on your right, Dougall Drive, before leaving the village (the road after Dalfaber Drive which you can find on the above Google map if you zoom in on the north end of Aviemore), you are almost out of town and there is a field on your left by this time.
Coming from the North, you take the first road, Dougall Drive, on the left after you enter the 30mph zone. Then from either north or south, Lochan Mor lodge is the first house on your left, you will recognise it from the picture on the web site and the “Lochan Mor” stone in the “dry stane dyke” in front of the house.
To access the drive you have to loop round the back. Pass the house, turn first left, left again then straight ahead to “Y” and carry on round to the left to the front of the house
